MEET THE TEAM

Holly Wadley began working in Property Management nine years ago with a Cheshire based Building Society and then moved to the Head Office of a large Wilmslow based residential lettings agent as a manager. Her role within this residential lettings agent enabled her to acquire an extensive knowledge of the lettings industry including property management and debt recovery. In her role as Office Manager for Jigsaw, she ensures that daily operations run smoothly and that all maintenance jobs are dealt with both promptly and efficiently.

Simon Greeney, Cert REA, FNAEA, MARLA; has an in-depth knowledge of the housing market having worked within Halifax/Lloyds for 23 years. His experience covers Residential Sales, Lettings and Retail Banking. Qualified in 1999 at the College of Estate Management with a certificate of Residential Estate Agency, Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1988 and a member of Association of Residential Lettings Agents. In his role as Area Manager for Jigsaw, he ensures all aspects of the business function within the guidelines set by the regulatory bodies.

Louise Devine has ten years experience in the Property Industry that covers payroll, debt recovery, office accounts, property accounts and reactive property maintenance. She joined the client accounts team of a large Residential Lettings Agent in 2004 where she went on to work as part of the debt recovery team at the head office in Wilmslow. After a short career break for maternity leave she took a job with Jigsaw Property Care where her key responsibilities are to liaise with both customers and contractors to provide an efficient and effective maintenance service and to control the invoicing process for the department.
