Pinewood Energy Assessment Services was founded in 2007 and quickly became a leading light in the Cheshire and Manchester regions for
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
EPC’s are a mandatory part of the Home Information Pack (HIP). An EPC will tell you how energy efficient your property is and the assessment can only be carried out by an accredited
Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
It quickly became apparent that our clients were asking us if we were able to carry out home improvements on the properties they were selling or letting, and we weren’t.
Now we can, the pieces are all in place and Jigsaw Property Care is born.
Jigsaw offers a diverse range of services to the residential property community from cleaning, plumbing including gas safe works, gardening, decorating, electrical including installation and portable appliance testing.
With our fully trained, full time employed professional tradespersons, strategically located throughout Cheshire and Greater Manchester we are able to react at a moments notice, due to the unique way in which we have harnessed current technologies. Thus ensuring our tradespersons in their liveried vans are working, not traveling.
